the spew took UNison to an employment tribunal to get their version of Trotskyism state protection as a belief system under anti religious discrimination legislation. they failed and are now winging that the courts are a capitalist institution! did they not realise this before?

it is really bizare frankly, i mean christ they were certainly victimised for political reasons - and i don't in theory have a problem with them using the capitalist courts against a wholly capitalist organisation - but to try and use this law in particular...
